OUR STORY…
Founded in 2004, Scott Schroyer left working in the operators union to pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur and started HFEI. Since then Scott has considered himself blessed beyond measure that he can fully live out him passion of helping others with all their dirt moving needs as well as building a loyal customer base. In the year 2015 Michael Kindred as a Jr. in High School began working for the company as a labor and was then molded by Scott to be the operator he is today. Michael bought into the company in 2021 and became a full fledged partner. The two have a combined experience of 40 years and HF has had their doors open for 20+. Our team is ready to serve you!
